Guarantee
If any item is found to be defective, it will be replaced. We must be contacted within 3 days of receipt regarding the defect. The Rah Rah Company must be contacted for a Return Authorization Number before defective merchandise may be returned. Unwanted purchases are not returnable.
Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
At this time, The Rah Rah Company only ships to domestic U.S. addresses. However, if you can provide us with a U.S. address and a credit card, we can ship your merchandise to that address in the US.
When will my order ship?
In many cases, your order ships within 24 hours. Backorders ship will be cancelled if less than $25.00. You will be notified via email if your order contains a backorder.
